My Friend

You’ve been my friend, and I’m gonna miss you.

Even though you never let me hold your hand

But I sure did have a good time watching you grow.

You didn’t always do things right, but neither did I.

I can’t get use to saying goodbye to you each year.

I wonder how you’ll get along without your teacher near.
